 Transport to Academgorodok
At the Tolmachevo Airport, a meeting of the workshop participants arriving in Novosibirsk with the main flights will be organized. To do this, you need to send an email in advance to rfl20@iae.nsk.su with a request to meet you at the airport and indicate the date and time of arrival, flight number and the number of people accompanying you.
If you decide to get to the Academgorodok on your own, then the following information will help you:
Directions to the hotel "Zolotaya Dolina":
- from the Tolmachevo airport by buses No. 111e or minibus No. 312 to the stop “Vokzal-Glavny” with a transfer to minibus No. 15 or bus No. 8 to the stop “Tsvetnoy proezd”
You can also get to Academgorodok by taxi. The organizing committee recommends that you contact the official carriers, and not to private drivers. The following two companies offer fixed prices for taxi services to / from Tolmachevo Airport:

The fare from the airport to Academgorodok is 700-1100 rubles. Baggage in the cabin is paid separately. The fare from Novosibirsk-Glavny station to Academgorodok is about 600 rubles. If you plan to use taxi services, we strongly recommend that you immediately record the telephone numbers of dispatcher services, and contact them in case of disagreement with the driver regarding the cost of the trip.
Transport in Academgorodok
Most of the facilities in Academgorodok are within walking distance. So, for example, the distance from the Zolotaya Dolina Hotel to the meeting place of the workshop - the House of Scientists of the SB RAS is only 900 meters, that is, no more than 10-15 minutes in an unhurried step.
The distance from the hotel to the nearest public transport stop Tsvetnoy proezd is about 500 meters. Travel time in Academgorodok ranges from 5-10 minutes, not counting the waiting time for a bus or taxi. That is why we advise you to take walks, especially since most of any path runs through the forested area.
However, if you still decide to use transport, we recommend you a taxi. The fare on Academgorodok is fixed at 100 rubles, depending on the company. You can call a taxi by phone above, or find a free car yourself near the hotel or the Shopping Center.

Hotel
Accommodation for the workshop participants is planned in single and double rooms of the Zolotaya Dolina Hotel, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the House of Scientists of the SB RAS and a 15-minute walk from the Institute of Automation and Electrometry of the SB RAS. To reserve a room, please make an appropriate note in electronic form at registration. Rates for accommodation are available on the hotel website.
We remind the Russian participants that the Zolotaya Dolina hotel is part of the hotel system of the Russian Academy of Sciences, therefore accommodation of the Academy employees on business is carried out at reduced prices.
